Havran Meslek Yüksekokulu Muhasebe ve Vergi Uygulamaları Bölümü 2. sınıf öğrencilerine yönelik olarak düzenlenen online konferansta, muhasebe alanında dijital dönüşüm, paket program kullanımları ve yapay zekâ uygulamaları ele alındı. “Paket Programlar” dersi kapsamında gerçekleştirilen etkinlikte, Uyumsoft Yazılım AŞ temsilcileri Hatice Buse Çetintaş ve Tarık Karakılıç öğrencilerle bir araya geldi. Ders sorumlusu Mehmet Kocaman moderatörlüğünde gerçekleştirilen konferansa öğrenciler yoğun ilgi gösterdi. Etkinlikte muhasebe süreçlerinde kullanılan güncel yazılımlar, dijital muhasebe sistemlerinin işleyişi ve işletmeler açısından sağladığı avantajlar detaylı şekilde anlatıldı. Özellikle e-fatura, e-arşiv, ön muhasebe ve finansal raporlama süreçlerinde paket programların sağladığı hız, doğruluk ve verimlilik üzerinde duruldu. Konferansın önemli başlıklarından biri de yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin muhasebe sektörüne etkileri oldu. Konuşmacılar, yapay zekâ destekli muhasebe uygulamalarının veri analizi, hata tespiti, finansal tahminleme ve otomatik raporlama gibi alanlarda işletmelere büyük kolaylık sağladığını ifade etti. Dijitalleşmenin muhasebe mesleğini dönüştürdüğünü belirten uzmanlar, geleceğin muhasebecilerinin yalnızca temel muhasebe bilgisine değil, aynı zamanda teknoloji ve yazılım kullanım becerilerine de sahip olması gerektiğini vurguladı. Öğrencilerin aktif katılım sağladığı etkinlikte, sektör deneyimleri paylaşılırken aynı zamanda iş hayatında kullanılan yazılımlara yönelik uygulamalı bilgiler de aktarıldı. Katılımcılar, muhasebe alanında kariyer planlaması yaparken teknolojik gelişmeleri yakından takip etmenin önemine dikkat çekti. Konferans sonunda öğrenciler merak ettikleri soruları yöneltme fırsatı bulurken, etkinliğin hem akademik hem de sektörel açıdan oldukça verimli geçtiği belirtildi. Havran Meslek Yüksekokulu yetkilileri, öğrencilerin sektör temsilcileriyle buluşmasını sağlayan benzer etkinliklerin ilerleyen dönemlerde de devam edeceğini ifade etti.

One of the important titles of the conference was the effects of artificial intelligence technologies in the accounting sector. Speakers expressed that AI-supported accounting applications provide great convenience to businesses in areas such as data analysis, fault detection, financial prediction and automatic reporting. The experts who stating that digitalization has turned into accounting profession, stressed that the future’s accountants should not only have basic accounting knowledge, but also have technology and software usage skills. In the event that students have active participation, the sector experiences were shared, and the application information for software used in business life was also transferred. Participants took care of closely following technological developments while planning career in the field of accounting. At the end of the conference, students had the opportunity to orient the questions they wondered, both academic and sectoral aspects were noted. Havran Vocational High School officials expressed that similar activities that enable students to meet their sector representatives will continue in the following periods. .
