İçişleri Bakanlığı tarafından üniversite öğrencilerine yönelik olarak hayata geçirilen "Narkorehber Gençlik Modülü" projesi kapsamında, Balıkesir İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü Narkotik Suçlarla Mücadele Şube Müdürlüğü görevlilerince 5 Ekim 2026 Pazartesi günü saat 11:15'de Hukuk Fakültesi D-360 dersliğinde geniş katılımlı bir eğitim semineri düzenlendi. Fakülte öğrencilerinin madde bağımlılığıyla mücadele konusunda farkındalıklarını artırmak ve önleyici tedbirleri aktarmak amacıyla gerçekleştirilen etkinliğe çok sayıda öğrenci katılım sağladı. Eğitimde, Narkotik Suçlarla Mücadele Şube Müdürlüğü uzman personeli tarafından uyuşturucu ve uyarıcı maddelerin insan fizyolojisi ile psikolojisi üzerindeki etkileri detaylı olarak ele alındı. Dünyada ve Türkiye'de uyuşturucu sorununun güncel durumu istatistiksel verilerle aktarılırken, meselenin hukuki boyutuna ve usuli süreçlere de özel bir parantez açıldı. Bu kapsamda, Türk Ceza Kanunu uyarınca uyuşturucu madde imal ve ticareti ile kullanmak için uyuşturucu madde satın almak, kabul etmek veya bulundurmak suçlarını yasal boyutlarıyla, adli soruşturma süreçleri ve doğurabileceği kalıcı sicil riskleri öğrencilere somut örneklerle açıklandı. Ayrıca, uyuşturucu suçlarıyla mücadelede ihbar mekanizmalarının işletilmesinin yasal bir vatandaşlık sorumluluğu olduğu belirtilerek, İçişleri Bakanlığının UYUMA (Uyuşturucuyla Mücadele Aplikasyonu) uygulamasının kurulumu, kullanımı ve anonim ihbar süreçlerinin nasıl işlediği hakkında teknik bilgilendirme yapıldı. Bağımlılık tedavisinde yasal bildirim yükümlülükleri, etkin pişmanlık hükümleri, rehabilitasyon süreçleri ve tedavi merkezlerine (AMATEM) başvuru aşamaları da eğitimin temel başlıkları arasında yer aldı. Program, öğrencilerin özellikle hukuki süreçler ve adli vakalara müdahale yöntemleri hakkındaki sorularının kolluk görevlileri tarafından yanıtlandığı interaktif soru-cevap bölümünün ardından çekilen hatıra fotoğrafı ile sona erdi.
Within the scope of the "Narkorehber Youth Module" project, which was implemented for university students by the Ministry of Interior, the Provincial Directorate of Safety with Narcotic Crimes of Balıkesir was held on 5 October 2026 Monday at 11:15 a wide participation training seminar at the Faculty of Law D-360. A large number of students participated in the event carried out in order to increase awareness and transfer preventive measures in the fight against the substance dependence of students. In education, the Directorate of Combating with Narcotic Crimes was discussed in detail the effects of drugs and stimulant substances on human physiology and psychology. The up-to-date status of the drug problem in the world and Turkey is transferred with statistical data, a special braces were opened to the legal size of the matter and procedures. In this context, the drug substance in accordance with the Turkish Criminal Code was made and explained by concrete examples of the permanent record risks, forensic investigation processes and can breed, with the legal dimensions of their possession or possession crimes. In addition, technical information was made about the fact that the processing of ihbar mechanisms in the fight against drug crimes is a legal citizenship responsibility, the installation, use of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Activation with Actor) and how the anonymous ihbar processes work. Legal notice obligations in the treatment of addiction, effective provisions of regret, rehabilitation processes and treatment centers (AMATEM) were among the basic titles of education. The program ended with the photo of the memory taken after the interactive question-cevap section, where students are responded by law enforcement officers, especially for legal processes and methods of intervention to forensic cases.
